The Vendor Management Team has confirmed that eligible clients who complete an OTC attestation will now be approved within 1 to 3 business days after submission.

This is a significant improvement, as the expanded benefit previously wouldn’t start until the 1st of the following month.

Access to OTC Benefit Resources

Enhanced OTC Benefits

Eligible members meeting specific criteria¹ can use their OTC allowance for expanded services, including:

Community Ride Shares

Members can now apply their OTC allowance toward transportation services, including Uber and Lyft, for trips to:

• Friends and family
• Pharmacies
• Grocery stores
• Houses of worship
• Senior centers

Additionally, the allowance can cover tolls, parking, and fuel purchases at the gas pump.

Rent and Mortgage Assistance

Your OTC allowance can be applied toward rent, mortgage payments, or Homeowner Association (HOA) fees at your residence, as long as VISA is accepted as a payment method.

Cell Phone, Internet, and Utility Bill Payments

Members can use their OTC allowance to pay for internet, cell phone, and utility bills at any in-store or online retailer that accepts VISA.

Home-Delivered Meals

Enjoy healthy, home-delivered meals tailored to your medical needs. Meals are customized for specific health conditions, such as:

• Diabetes
• Kidney disease
• Cancer
• Heart disease

Groceries and Fresh Produce

Members can order fresh produce, pantry staples, and ready-to-eat meals—all delivered straight to their door.
